Both the return and the size exchange are always free for orders placed in Italy.
1. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
- PACKAGING: Carefully prepare the package in the original packaging or in another box that ensures the protection of the item and insert this module inside. Take care to send it as received including envelopes, labels, etc.
- WITHDRAWAL REQUEST: Contact us at (+39) 0865.900612 (Int. 1), by email at email@example.com or to WhatsApp number (+39) 0865.900612 to fix a withdrawal date by the courier at your address
- SHIPPING WITHDRAWAL: Wait for the passage of the courier in the scheduled day. The withdrawal is free, you will not have to pay anything or give any indication to the courier.
- REFUND: Upon receipt of your return shipment, following a check on the integrity of the product, we will immediately refund the total amount paid (including shipping costs incurred when ordering). The reimbursement will take place in the same way that you made the payment.
- CHANGE SIZE: If you want to make a size change, follow the steps above with the exception of the last point referred to the refunds.
Before requesting the change in size, please check on www.riccishop.it the availability of the new requested size that you wish to receive as a replacement.
As soon as we receive your shipment to our warehouses, following a check on the integrity of the product, we will immediately ship the new size requested. The new delivery is free, you will not have to pay anything to the courier.
2. RETURNED FROM ABROAD
Ricci Shop gives the possibility to return goods even to customers who have purchased outside the Italian territory and who wish for any reason to return the purchased item. In this case all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

3. WHEN THE RETURN OR CHANGE SIZE IS NOT VALID?
- For use/partial use of the product or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals);
- For damage to the product (adhesive tape, staples, etc ...);
- In the absence of the outer packaging and the original packaging;
In such cases Ricci Shop will return the item to the sender, charging the shipping costs.
