Yes, all products, sizes and quantities shown on our website www.riccishop.it are actually in stock and ready for shipment. 

4. LOOKING FOR AN ITEM OR A SIZE NOT AVAILABLE ON RICCISHOP?

Send us an email to info@riccishop.it with the item and/or size you are looking for, we can often order with delivery in a few days the item directly in our company. 

5. IS PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD SECURE?

All payment methods accepted on www.riccishop.it are absolutely safe and reliable. The details of your card and any transaction will be protected and never shared by the seller. To ensure maximum safety, we have decided to support us with PayPal, the online payment system more secure in the world. 

6. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME?

We deliver almost all of Italy in 24 hour subsequent execution of the order, and in 48/72 hour in Calabria, Island and shipping disadvantaged areas.

Outside the Italian territory, by location, by 1/20 days after the order fulfillment.
For payments by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment from the bank. This will take a few more days. 

7. I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND: CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If the shipment has not started yet, yes. You must promptly contact Customer Service at info@riccishop.it or call +39 0865.900612 (Int. 1). 

8. HOW MUCH SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ITALY?

Shipping is at a cost of € 5.00 in all of Italy except for some areas.
For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the Venice Lagoon the shipping costs € 6.00.

9. HOW MUCH SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ABROAD?

The shipping in Europe from € 15, Extra Eu from € € 29.

10. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

The Return is always free for all orders in Italy. You have 20 days from receiving the order to request a return or exchange size.
